About Craig – Director/Broker

Craig started his career life out as a Registered Nurse back in 1998 & then as he looked for a change in career due to personal circumstances secured himself a position in CommBank as a teller and worked his way up into Business Banking.

From here he advanced his Financial career to a non-bank lender funded by Adelaide Bank as a Credit lending manager with a lending delegation of $1 Million Dollars. Not long after being in this role they quickly realised he had half a personality & he then became the Business Development Manager of NSW. Craig then furthered himself into the NSW State Sales Manager’s position for Australian First Mortgage where he looked after all the brokers in New South Wales.

Craig then decided after getting himself to a great point in his career to move back down to the Illawarra where he secured the position of Branch Manager for Westpac, and later on for Greater Bank.

After years in the industry writing loans under a number of different bank policies, and having been in a Bank Development Manager’s role, Craig decided that he would back himself in 2016 and go out on his own as a Mortgage Broker being able to offer a range of products and policies to his clients and get them the best outcome possible with his exceptional knowledge of lending.

Since then Craig has been servicing the Illawarra’s financial needs and helping customers hit those milestones in life whether it be purchasing your first home, getting cash out from equity to do renovations or to go on that dream holiday or even just refinancing your loan to get you a better product that suits your needs and frees up cashflow for lifestyle.

This has seen Craig and the business be nominated & also win many awards in the last 2 years being:

Tenae – Office Manager

Tenae stepped into the financial industry in 2018 with her first position being a receptionist for a Mortgage Broker in Kiama, from here Tenae wanted to further herself and was successful with her application to be a Financial Services Trainee with Horizon Credit Union.

During her time with Horizon Tenae worked in five branches providing support to the MSO’s and Branch Manager’s working individually and as a team. She managed to complete her Traineeship 12 months in advance, once she had been signed off of her Traineeship – she was then put into the role of Member Services Officer.

In late 2019 Craig asked Tenae to come and work for him as a Customer Services Officer & Processor, in her short time with Craig she has since been promoted to Officer Manager overseeing and completing the processing of our client’s applications and supporting Craig’s position of Director & Broker.

Izzy – Office Trainee/Receptionist

Izzy left school in 2017, she worked as a Receptionist for Skydive Illawarra for 2 years where she helped get customers ready for an experience of a lifetime assisting them with payments & completing the legal documentation required.

Izzy then applied for a receptionist position with a Conveyancing Company and was successful, Izzy gained numerous skills in this position which made her the perfect fit for our Office Trainee.

Izzy is currently studying her Certificate III in Financial Services and deals with all customer enquiries in the office such as answering the phones, manning our admin email address, inputting client data to begin their applications & tracking each clients application progress.
